Eco-tax which came into effect from the 20th June 2016 is not included in the rates. – This tax is payable by every guest over 18 years of age at 0.50c per night but capped to a maximum of €5.00 per adult, per stay.
For the hotel security a deposit of €50 will be collected upon check in. Deposit will be refunded when the room is vacated and left as in a good state order.
Full payments will be taken at the hotel upon arrival (does not apply for Pay In Advance reservations). Our cancellation policy requires 48-hour notice prior to 11AM on the day of arrival. Should you cancel outside this policy a one night’s cancellation charge will be incurred. Full stay will be charged in case of no-show. (does not apply for Pay In Advance reservations).
Confirmations of night accommodation, the client must pay a deposit equivalent to a 1 night’s stay. This deposit is fully refundable on cancellation of the same reservation, up to 48 hours before arrival. The deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation is made under 48 hours. No-shows will be charged for the full length of their original stay.
For Pay in Advance reservations a full non-refundable payment is required at time of reservation. Bookings cannot be cancelled once confirmed and 100% cancellation charges apply.
